What type of location can partner with Vendibles?
As long as some fairly easy location criteria are met we are flexible, we have machines in all sorts of locations!
What does it cost me?
All you need to do is provide a location that's not exposed to the weather, has access to a power socket and phone signal (for the payment system), and we'll do the rest! No cost to rent the machine, no restocking costs, and no maintenance costs.
Can I customise the content of the vending machine?
Yes! We take cues from you about the type of things you want in your vending machine. Ofourse we have some minimum requirements around volumes that will shape what we sell but we can guide you on what works best.
Can I swap out things that aren't selling?
Yes! We want to maximise the amount of profit share, so will keep an eye on what is selling well, and what could benefit from being changed.
What are the contract terms?
We have a minimum term of 36 months per machine. All machines are contactless card only.
What support is available to me?
We will arrange delivery, stocking, restocking, reports, payment of profit share, maintenance, repairs, and removal if you decide it's not for you at the end of the term
How do I get started?

What if the location is no longer suitable?
Things change....we understand. If a location is no longer suitable for you or for us we'll be in touch to discuss all the options and how we move forwards
Can I receive profit from hosting a machine?
Yes - hosts can choose to receive a share of the vending profits. Or, if you prefer, we can donate that share to verified carbon offsetting schemes in your name, supporting sustainable projects.
Which carbon offset projects are supported?
We partner only with verified, high‑quality offset programs - for example UK-based tree planting, renewable energy, and community clean‑energy initiatives. We’ll provide details for transparency and your peace of mind.

How often will you restock the vending machine?
We operate frequent local routes, tailored to your traffic patterns - typically weekly, but more often if needed to keep items in stock and fresh.
